Shawn Kyles

Julian Construction Founder Julian De La Torre, began retrofitting prior to the Northridge Earthquake of 1994. He has personally worked on over 5500 homes in Southern California. No one in Southern California has more experience in the substructure areas of a home than Julian. In 2001 he continued this work and formed Julian Construction, with the goal of making yours a safer home. Now incorporated, and centered in Los Angeles, he proudly serves the greater Los Angeles area with his partner, Shawn Kyles.
